Home / About Flagler Food

A hometown guide to eating well in Flagler.

Flagler Food is an independent local guide that turns public Florida restaurant inspection records for Flagler County into plain-English pages.

Why this exists

Florida inspects every licensed restaurant, but the official records live in spreadsheets and state databases that almost nobody reads. Flagler Food takes those public records for Flagler County and turns them into one clean page per restaurant, so you can check a place in about ten seconds before you sit down.

We cover Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell, Beverly Beach and Marineland: 287 active food service locations and 880 inspection visits since July 1, 2025.

What we do and don't do

We report what inspectors wrote down, translate it into plain language, and add local guides that help you find good food. We don't give restaurants grades for food quality, we don't accept money to change or hide a record, and we don't publish anonymous rumors. Partner and sponsor spots are always labeled and never touch a record.

Where the data comes from

Inspection results come from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants, through its public nightly data extracts. Records are refreshed regularly; the newest visit currently on file is from September 16, 2026. Read how it works for details.
