Basic: Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Black mold like substance on inside right side of ice machine.
Basic: Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Ceiling tiles in kitchen and dish washing area have black mold like substance inside of them.
Basic: Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Cove molding is missing from around back door and over by soda boxes.
Basic: Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Food and grease on floor behind cook line. **
