Food trucks, caterers and pop-ups in Flagler County

How Flagler County's food trucks and caterers are licensed and inspected, plus the ones with public records on file.

Kitchens on wheels

Food trucks show up at Flagler's festivals, breweries, farmers markets and beach events, and caterers feed weddings on the sand and parties all over Palm Coast. In Florida, mobile food units and caterers are licensed by DBPR just like restaurants, and they must operate from a licensed commissary for water, waste and cleaning.

Inspectors check the same food safety basics on a truck: temperatures, handwashing, water supply and storage. Because space is tight, hot and cold holding is the biggest challenge.

The list

Matching by business name, 14 caterers, mobile units and small food businesses with Flagler County addresses have public records on file. Not every truck that visits the county is licensed here, since many are based in Volusia or St. Johns.
